Press-On Nails & Beauty Products
Due to hygiene and safety standards, all press-on nails and beauty products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
We recommend using our sizing guide or ordering a sizing kit before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@naillabnyc.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.
Nail Club Memberships
All Nail Club Memberships are non-refundable once purchased. Any unused benefits do not roll over or qualify for reimbursement.
Salon Services
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or forfeited deposit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
